Reconditioning process included:
– Rotary table completely disassembled down to bare frame
– Rotary frame completely sandblasted inside and out and coated with epoxy primer, inside and out
– All components blasted, cleaned, dimensionally inspected and subjected to mag-particle inspection
– New pinion bearings, seals and rubber components installed
– Any worn or damaged components have been refurbished or replaced as required
– Two-hour factory accceptance test performed to ensure proper functioning of unit
– (Less master bushing)
