Offshore BOP Lifting & Handling Ring Frame for 13-5/8″ or 21-1/4″ – New

13-5/8″ 10M BOP Lifting Ring frame manufactured for 70,000 lbs WLL, Engineered with 2.0 DAF (Dynamic Amplification Factor).The BOP Lifting Ring is a two-piece frame that will wrap around the BOP stack assembly on the annular bottom flange area supporting it during a lift.Two lifting lugs located at 180 degrees from each other are used to connect to lifting rigging. The ring assembly is engineered of Gr50 plate. Assembly will be blasted, primed and painted safety yellow. Assembly will include Two (2) Crosby US Made 25 ton shackles and Ten (10) A325 Bolts/Nuts for frame assembly. (Options for 4.75T padeyes for centering BOP stack with offshore winches)

*Assembly will be pull tested for 100,000 lbs and Mag partical weld tested after. Reports will be included in the RMC data book along with MTR’s. Data book will also include FEA Animation (Stress/Strain) Analysis by Structual P.E. Engineer, Certificates of Test and Conformance.
